My Idea Portal (“MIP”) is a Proprietorship company having its registered office at Building No./Flat No.: 11, sarumotoria, near bageswari than, behind Shankar Dev School, Dispur, City:Guwahati, District: Kamrup Metropolitan ,State: Assam ,PIN Code: 781006 (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, “MIP” or “Our” which expression shall mean and include its affiliates, successors and permitted assigns). Your (“You” or “Your”) use of the portal (defined below) is subject to the notices, terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use. The domain name “www.myideaportal.com” the mobile application by the name “My Idea Portal” (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Portal”) is owned by MIP. Your use of the portal is governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the portal including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. You acknowledge and agree that You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the portal and by mere use of the portal, You shall be contracting with MIP  and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with MIP.

By mere use of the portal, You agree to be subject to the applicable rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions and the same shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. 5.3 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between Users and Service Providers regarding services are to be resolved directly between the parties. The Portal is not responsible for resolving such disputes.

9.3 The Portal is not a stock exchange recognised by the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI ) under the Securities Contract (Regulation) Act, 1956. The securities offered by any Startup registered on the Platform are not traded on any stock exchange recognised by SEBI. The portal does not allow any secondary market trading of securities on the Platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Portal and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Portal, Content, or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

The Portal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Portal, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
